(1) Shipping Policy
You must provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, to enable us successfully deliver your package to you. You certify, after you are done with the checkout process, that the shipping address provided is truthful and accurate, and that should your package be returned to us, as a result of shipping address inaccuracies, you will bear the cost of reshipping the package to you, after you provide accurate and complete shipping address.
You agree and accept to pay the shipping charge, as well as any handling charges, indicated at checkout. Our shipping partners may, while on their way to deliver packages , experience unforeseeable occurrences such as vehicular breakdown, extreme gridlock etc. You agree, that we will not be held accountable for delayed delivery of your package as a result of our delivery partners experiencing heavy vehicular traffic while on their way to your location.
Once we hand package to our delivery service provider, the risk of item loss passes to you, the receiver.

(2)Shipping Times and Charges
Two shipping options are available for both internal and external shipping:
(A) Standard Service
(B) Express Service
Two shipping types are available:
1. Internal Shipping
2. External Shipping
1.Internal Shipping ( Ghana )
This is concerned with shipping within Ghana
This shipping type comprises two options. These are:
1. Delivery within Greater Accra region
2. Delivery outside Greater Accra region
1. Delivery within Greater Accra region
This applies to delivery to any place WITIHIN the Greater Accra region.
It happens the same day an order is placed. Place order(s) before 10 :
00 AM Monday - Saturday to have it shipped the same day. Orders
placed after 10: 00 AM Monday - Saturday will be shipped the next
working day
Areas close to each other are combined to form one area and a flat
shipping rate applied to delivery to any of those areas. Examples
include Abeka, Lapaz, Tesano and Teshie, Nungua, Spintex.
Same day shipping happens between a minimum of 1 hour and a
maximum of 6 hours and is done by a dispatch rider.

2. Delivery outside Greater Accra region
This delivery option applies to any destination in any region in Ghana,
except the Greater Accra region. Orders must be placed before 12 : 00
Noon Monday - Saturday to have them dispatched the same day.
Orders placed before 12 : 00 Noon Monday - Saturday will be
dispatched the next working day.
Packages take between one and two days to reach their destinations.

2.External Shipping
This is concerned with delivery to destinations beyond the
shores of Ghana. Orders placed before 12 : 00 Noon Monday -
Friday will be dispatched the same day while orders placed
after 12 : 00 Noon Monday - Friday will be dispatched the next
working day.
